By: Grabber Wed, 04 Aug 2010 16:15:46 +0000 I think everyone’s in agreement that Diva Dumb A$%’s annual cry out for attention is about as pathetic a story you can ever expect to see the foolish media mongrels scramble to report about.

We’re all well aware that Favre is a pathetic media whore that can’t get enough of seeing his name linked to endless rumors and speculation through webs of leaks by “confidential sources”. This seems to be a growing trend – one Favre started years ago and LeQueen, Wade and Bosh recently executed with a cast of thugs and their own media circus. When it’s all said and done, Diva DA will get the Wilfs to dance around him in circles like idiots begging him to play, pry away more cash fro mthe safe and announce to the world he’s decided to play yet again. Please, it’s not even the middle of August, and I’ve already heard enough of what morons like Ryan Longwell, Mulletheat Allen and Vischante Shiancoe think.

Let Diva DA come back. Just make the announcement, shut up and go away already. All it’s going to take is one bad hit on that ankle and he’ll cry his way back to the farm in Mississippi for good. Then he can live happily ever after with Rachel Nichols permanently camped outside breathlessly waiting to report on anything he does.

By: Tim Wed, 04 Aug 2010 13:40:37 +0000 I think it already has blown up in both their faces in 2 ways:
1) The latest Favre “retirement” has been received rather anti-climactically by media and most fans. His legacy has been tainted by these last 3 wishy-washy years.
2) If the announcement is true that the Vikings have such an offer on the table, then this is pure desperation for a championship. If I were a Vikings fan I’d be deeply distrustful of ownership/management that they really have the future in mind – with or without Favre.
