		<description>I have to agree with you.  I still have the feeling that Grossman could be good.  We would know for sure by now if he hadn&#039;t been injured for those couple of years.  Sure, Griese will manage the game, and probably win several, he isn&#039;t the caliber of quarterback you want to base your franchise around.  The Bears seem to have a history of relying too much on their defense and not giving two shits about the offense.  If you look at who have been the best teams lately, you&#039;ll see they all have something in common, a great quarterback.  The Patriots, Colts, Steelers, and now the Cowboys have a household name at quarterback.  They all have defenses that perform better than they seem as well.</description>
