I still have the feeling that Grossman could be good. We would know for sure by now if he hadn't been injured for those couple of years. Sure, Griese will manage the game, and probably win several, he isn't the caliber of quarterback you want to base your franchise around. The Bears seem to have a history of relying too much on their defense and not giving two shits about the offense. If you look at who have been the best teams lately, you'll see they all have something in common, a great quarterback. The Patriots, Colts, Steelers, and now the Cowboys have a household name at quarterback. They all have defenses that perform better than they seem as well. I have to agree with you.
