Oh wait... This is why the coaches stuck with Grossman and hoped he improved. What we have seen with Brian Griese is what he is. He's capable of playing well at times, but has a knack for INTs. Of course, there are many other problems on this team other than QB. It will be an interesting off season. Pretty much the entire offense needs a face lift sans Olsen.
