can i bring to south lot a pull behind grill or is that a problem? i have seen them there but not sure of circumstances to allow???? thanx for any advice

Can ANYONE please clarify the RULES OF ENGAGEMENT for securing a TAIL GATE spot on Waldron Deck ?
It seems a Waldron pass wont gaurantee an upper level TAILGATING spot. Is this the case ? Or are there two different passes “upper” & “lower” ?
If one pass is only issued, what time and where do I line up in traffic.
Any and all advice is REALLY APPRECEATED !!!!
