Urlacher is a Bear. (Literally) When he came out of the womb his mother got claw marks on the inside of her v*****. He deserves to be paid. I can understand tight a** Angelo not wanting to overpay for talent in the free agent market, because he can draft talent(defensive talent anyway) and pay less, but now you are talking about the face of the Bears. He puts up the play, just pay the man.
