The court overturned the case this morning. The story can be found on the Tribune's website. After reading your "A Bear's fan in need" blog, I really felt for this man and am utterly ashamed that we live in a day and age where a man can't defend himself without going to jail for it. It is such bullshit that he had to serve the time in the first place. I would be more than happy to pitch in to buy this man a ticket to the first Bear's game he is able to see once he get's out.
