Merry Christmas Eve…

And a very Merry Christmas eve it is indeed, in the Chicago suburbs.

Take a look at Packer fans ripping apart their 12-3 team in the comments of this article. Yes, I’d trade places with them in a heartbeat, but this does warm my soul a little in a frigid football year.

  1. If living in Wisconsin for 30 years has taught me anything, it’s that Green Bay fans are absolutely the biggest turncoats in the world. All the bandwagon fans that can’t seem to shut up about Favre are the same ones who were demanding his retirement a year ago, saying he was the reason for the state of the team. It’s sickening (kind of like listening the WSCR, actually). Anyways Merry Christmas to you and yours Roy, and thanks for all your work, this is a great web site!

  2. Very interesting perspective Brad, thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas!

  3. Merry Christmas to all the Bears fans. This doesn’t make up for the losusy season, but they did at least SOMETHING this year. It’s not something that Wanny could say (at least Jauron won twice at GB).

    HOORAY FOR THE BEARS!

This may be a bummer of a season, but at least our team has something to show for it. They beat a great team twice. Although I despise the Packers as much as any other Bears fan does, I do have to give them credit for the fabulous season they are having. Brett Favre is a first class guy as well as a great quarterback. I love your web site. It has been a great source for Chicago Bear information, and I go to it quite often. Keep up the good work, and have a wonderful Christmas and a great 2008!

  5. It is always fun to see Packer fans turn on their team, actually they are the main reason I hate the Packers. Bret Favre is a class act, hie actions and comments have always been professional about the Bears, when he has killed us. Actually I kind of like him, which I cannot say about any other Packer. And by the way, what was #56 on the Packers doing out there Sunday, he reminded me of Charles Martin,{the guy who slammed McMahon on his shoulder when the play was clearly over in ’86, or was it ’87, basically making him ineffective with the out pattern for the rest of his career] Anyway we are the Bears and nothing is going to make me change my allegiance to them. Bill

  6. There are two things every Bears fan wants. Beat the Pack or win the Super Bowl. Well, we swept the packers and they will not win the Super Bowl. I have watched every game since I was a wee lad, now 37 and I can say with pride, a sweep of the pack made my year! Almost every football fan I have ever meet as no clue to rival games. Thanks for the website Roy! Rock On, and if I was at the game you know what would have happened! :-) Bears fan for life and after!
