It was nice to observe the colonades (temples) on the top of the field on TV and gave the place distinction. Now it looks like every other modern, boring stadium. Shame on Chicago (and the Bears) for this act of public vandalism. Saddly the new "design" is trendy and will, in about 30 years be seen as an eyesore and consequently demolished. A similar thing happened to Yankee Stadium and we all know what recently happened to that. I think the 2003 renovations are awful.
